All assessments in this class are graded using rubrics. There are rubrics for the assignments, discussion boards, and more.
A rubric is a scoring guide that helps instructors evaluate your performance based on a range of criteria. A rubric generally contains the following information:
- The overall expectations for the assignment
- The criteria, arranged in levels of quality, that a student must meet. (An example of quality levels may be poor to excellent.)
- The points or grades a student can earn based on each level.
